How to make a Boulevardier

Essentially a Negroni made using whisky instead of gin, the Boulevardier is one easy-to-make cocktail we find many will become fans of once they’ve tried one. Like its gin counterpart, it’s a spirit-forward drink, allowing the base alcohol to shine if balanced well. So make sure to watch your proportions and use good ingredients in this one, especially with the whisky.

  • 45ml whisky
  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml sweet vermouth
  • Garnish: Orange peel

  1. Fill mixing glass with ice, add whisky, Campari and vermouth in, then stir well until mixture is chilled
  2. Place an ice cube into a rocks glass, then strain mixture into the glass
  3. Garnish with orange peel and serve.
