A citrusy, refreshing and bubbly cocktail, the Aperol Spritz is one of the most easy-drinking, low-in-alcohol beverages out there. Perfect on a hot day as the first drink of the evening (we usually start at 5pm), the Aperol Spritz is also super easy to make, requiring no involvement of barware at all, as the entire concoction is built in the glass you’re serving it in. It is, after all, an aperitif, meaning it’s meant as a pre-dinner drink to whet your appetite. And it sure does get the job done.
