Hate it or love it, it’s one drink that stands out thanks to its bright red hue, massive celery garnish, and reputation for being a hangover cure. Drink more to recover from over-drinking, makes sense, right? Whatever your leanings are, below you’ll find a simple Bloody Mary recipe to get things started. Once you got the basics, feel free to riff of on it, adding in anything from bacon slices to salt rims to cold shrimp skewers – there are no rules.
Ingredients
- 60ml vodka
- 120ml tomato juice
- 2 dashes Tabasco sauce
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Garnish: Celery stalk
Directions
- Fill shaker with ice, add all the ingredients in and shake gently
- Strain mixture into tall glass or mug, garnish with celery stalk and serve
